Take Off: An Unforgettable Course in La Cerdanya

From December 4th to 7th, we had the privilege of experiencing a transformative journey with our Take Off course in the magical setting of La Cerdanya. Four days filled with learning, emotions, and activities designed to open minds, awaken the senses, and uncover new perspectives.

Day 1: From The Top

The course kicked off at an airfield surrounded by small planes—the perfect setting to introduce the concept of the bird’s-eye view: learning to see from above, control every detail, and plan strategically. Through an icebreaker exercise, we got to know the participants, who started to connect while exploring the first key concepts.

In the afternoon, a greenhouse became our venue for an inspiring masterclass. This space, full of light and life, acted as a catalyst for delving into the ideas and concepts that would define the course.

Day 2: Stepping Out of the Comfort Zone

The second day began with an exercise to awaken the senses. Blindfolded, participants arrived at an ice rink where they took part in a dynamic activity designed to push boundaries and step out of their comfort zones. It was a powerful experience that set the stage for what followed.

Jon Hernández then took the floor with an insightful session on artificial intelligence, an essential tool for both the present and future. His practical, thought-provoking approach left participants reflecting on how to make the most of this technology.

Later, as the sun set beautifully, Chio Leon introduced us to the world of senses, materials, and textures. She demonstrated how events can speak for themselves and become unforgettable memories. Her hands-on workshop with fabrics and materials allowed each participant to create their own mood board, unleashing their creativity.

Day 3: Diving Into the Technical Side

The third day brought us to Basecamps, where, under the guidance of Josep and Aixa, we explored the technical aspects of event planning. Theoretical lessons were paired with a practical exercise in this stunning setting, always keeping the bird’s-eye view in mind.

The day concluded with participants presenting their projects, sharing insights and ideas. We ended on a sweet note with hot chocolate, churros, and popcorn.

Day 4: Connection and Emotion

Our final day began at an old museum, where we unveiled company secrets and shared stories that brought the group closer together. Later, we took a cable car up to Niu de L’Àguila, enjoying breathtaking views and a shared meal to celebrate the accomplishments of the past days.

The journey ended with a powerful dynamic activity and a heartfelt talk by Enhamed, who encouraged participants to deeply connect with their emotions. His message inspired them to open their eyes and gather strength for the challenges ahead.
